Installing raspberry os in pi4

 Hi guys,

Today is the era of computers, Every where there is an computer available to use. The raspberry pi is also an modern computer which also have gpio pins to control embeded systems.

Now this raspberry pi 4 has new features like inbuilt wifi card, bluetooth,and this also supports 4k display. This raspberry pi can be used as a desktop computer which can play some basic softwares and games like minecraft are playable.

In this we are going to look on installing the operating system for the raspberry pi4. We are going to install rasbian os which is a debian based. 

Required hardware:

1.Raspberry pi4

2.Sd card(minimum 8gb , recommended 16 gb)

3.Power cable c port 5v 3amps.

4.micro HDMI to required type for display cable.

Software required:

Methods of installing os:

Now we are going to install only raspbian os which is recommended for our pi.

Step1 :

Insert the sd card using a card reader in your pc and format it .

Step 2:

Open the imager software and select raspberry pi os (recommended)

Step 3:

Select the sd card carefully as sometimes it shows the local disk and they ended up formatting their local disks.

Step 4:

After the os has been formatted in the card eject the card and insert it inside the raspberry pi.

Step 5:

The first time you boot up it shows a box and then you can follow the steps

Step 6:

Don't forget to update the pi because keeping up to date the pi supports all the software.

You can use these commands in the terminal to update:

"sudo apt-get update'

"sudo apt-get upgrade"
